Reporting infringement
Use the form at iloclip.com/report, or email copyright@iloclip.com. Your notice must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- The work you say is infringed.
- The content on IloClip you say infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it (a link or ID from IloClip).
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We act on complete notices within 2 business days. We may restrict the content while we review it, and we tell the creator what was reported and why.
Our designated agent for copyright notices is [designated agent to be registered], [registered address to be confirmed], copyright@iloclip.com.
Knowingly misrepresenting that content infringes may make you liable for damages.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed or restricted and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice from the notice in the app. It must include your contact details, the content concerned, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We forward it to the person who reported the content and, unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have started court action, we may restore the content.
