Each time you upload a recording to IloClip, you confirm that:
- You own the recording, or the owner has given you permission to upload it and to make and publish clips from it.
- Where the law requires it, everyone who can be seen or heard in it has agreed to being recorded and to the recording being used this way.
- It contains nothing that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Uploading and processing it does not break any contract, confidentiality duty or law that applies to you.
If any of this stops being true, delete the recording and the clips made from it.
If someone reports a recording, we may ask you to show your rights. Uploading content you have no right to use can lead to its removal and, after repeated upheld copyright notices, to your account being closed (see the Copyright Policy).
