About IloClip
IloClip turns long videos into captioned short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, in the languages Nigerians actually speak.
Why we built it
Short video is how creators grow, and making clips by hand takes hours. AI clipping tools fixed that for English speakers, but most of them caption Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo poorly or not at all, and charge in US dollars.
IloClip is built the other way round: for creators in Nigeria and the diaspora first. It understands speech that mixes languages, keeps Yoruba and Igbo tone marks, draws Hausa letters properly, and prices in naira.
What IloClip does
- Finds the strongest moments in a long video and scores each clip
- Captions them word by word, as spoken or translated into English
- Frames the speaker for 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9
- Lets you polish everything in a browser studio: captions, music, B-roll, logos and cards
- Posts or schedules clips to YouTube Shorts and TikTok
