Questions, answered
Which languages does IloClip support?
English, Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo, including speech that mixes them. Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo are in Beta while we measure their accuracy, so read the captions before you post. Any clip can also get English captions.
How do minutes work?
Minutes are the length of the videos you process. A 30-minute video uses 30 minutes, however many clips you make from it. Editing, exporting and posting don't use minutes.
Is there a free plan?
Every new workspace gets 60 free minutes to try IloClip, with no card. Free exports carry a small IloClip watermark.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack. In Nigeria prices are in naira with VAT included; elsewhere they are in US dollars. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel anytime: your plan stays until the end of the month you paid for.
Where can I post my clips?
Straight to YouTube Shorts and TikTok, now or on a schedule. For Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and X, download the MP4, with caption files if you want them.
Do you use my videos to train AI?
No. Your videos and transcripts are only used to make your clips, and the AI services we use are set not to train on them.
How long do you keep my videos?
Recordings are kept for 7 to 30 days and exports for 7 to 30 days, depending on your plan. Download what you want to keep.
